Al Moktashef International School has been accredited by the American Agency/Cognia formerly called AdvancED. Cognia is the largest International agency that measures quality education with international standards and serves 36,000 educational institutions.
MIS is ISO 9001:2015 certified. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard. MIS uses the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide services that meet our communities’ (stakeholders) and regulatory requirements.
We are accredited by the College Board as an SAT Testing Center in KSA, providing AP exams as well.
MIS acquired a level A school rating from the Saudi Ministry of Education.
MIS has successfully obtained the British academic
accreditation from Cambridge. Also, MIS is now an approved
testing center for IGCSE.
MIS is accredited by the General Administration of Education
in Jeddah, Special Education Department, to open the
Special Education section at both, the boys’ and girls’
sections.
MIS has been Accredited by ARRAY Global Educational
Services.

• Students are assessed through regular benchmarking, which ensures they have
mastered the content and are prepared for the International General Certificate of
Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A level qualifications.
• Orientations are held to educate students and parents of MIS High School Program of Studies.
• Different pathways of study allow each student to have an individualized education.
• Students are offered guidelines in regards to college application requirements.
• Special Education Needs is to provide quality education to students who have learning problems or disabilities that make it harder for them to learn than most children the same age. Therefore, specific modifications and accommodations need to be made to the curriculum and the teaching strategies to meet these special needs.
• Al-Moktashef International Schools Special Education Needs Department supports the Autism Disorder and Learning Disabilities Program behavioral and emotional disorders (ADHD).
• MIS offers a wide variety of athletic and educational after school activities.
• MIS caters several leadership and character-building activities such as Student Council, MUN and STEAM Club.
• MIS offers students the ability to explore KSA and the world.
